重庆中国三峡博物馆

China Three Gorges Museum

      位于重庆人民大礼堂的正西面，两者中间为4万平米的重庆人民广场，三者共同形成“三位一体”的城市标志性建筑。博物馆主体结构长157.3米. 宽98.085米，地面以上建筑高度为25.2米，共5层。陈列展览由4个基本陈列、6个专题陈列等构成。基本陈列有：壮丽三峡、远古巴渝、重庆.城市之路、抗战岁月。

      China Three Gorges Museum is situated is situated at the west part of the People’s Great Hall of Chongqing. Occupying the area of 30.000square meters, the museum was completed and opened to the public on Jun 18 , 2005.China Three Gorges Museum has another name-Chongqing Museum. It’s not only a specified museum of Three Gorges but also s comprehensive museum of history and art, a collection of over 170.000 pieces of cultural relics.
